Natalie is an experienced administrator and all-rounder, who joined gcp as Office Manager & Accounts Assistant in 2007. She joined gcp from a construction administration background and had even spent some time working in internal sales for a builders merchant.

Back then her role was accounts, HR, Health & Safety, job costing & reporting to Board. Sometime later she was promoted to Practice Manager and tasked with rewriting the Quality Assurance Procedures & Manual. This has remained part of her role over the years and has included expanding our accreditation from 9001 (Quality Assurance) to include 14001 (Environmental Management).

Most recently she has been tasked with taking on a greater role in marketing. This has involved the reorganisation of our marketing strategy, creating subgroups from the team and, in particular, building our online presence.

Natalie is a friendly, energetic, hardworking member of the team, fully committed to delivering a high-quality service to customers. She loves learning new things, being part of a team and taking on new challenges. She has been at gcp for almost 14 years but continues to take on new projects and challenges as they arise and is constantly evolving her role within the company.

Natalie says:

My role in the office is heavily organisational and can often involve following procedure and holding people accountable. Outside of work I love to relax. I enjoy baking with my kids, walks near the river, knitting, reading, writing poetry, pintrest, mindfulness and meditation. As a working mum with three children and a husband the thing I enjoy the most is a big cup of tea and a new ball of yarn, boys next to me on the sofa just relaxing.
