Continued support over 15 years to Trinity Arts Centre, a community arts venue in a Grade II* Listed church in Bristol. gcp has supported a number of projects as and when funding became available. These projects include: Construction of recording studios into first floor naves and installation of new lift; A feasibility study to future-proof the centre and make the asset investment-ready, which included stakeholder consultations, development options and capital costings; Planning and Listed Building consent for extensive refurbishment works to include mezzanine floors and acoustically separated areas to enable multi-occupancy of the building; The full refurbishment of first floor and installation of a new reception.

Current projects include: A planning application for a new cafe, work space, accessible WC, and secure garden stores in re-purposed shipping containers.
