experience
From his time working for a Contractor-Developer, Luke has gained insight into the commercial reality of construction and learned how best to communicate design intent to the site team. He has worked closely with stakeholders in design and build procurement, developing planning, tender, and construction information packages. Luke brings a balanced overview of the industry and a holistic approach to his work. Since joining gcp, Luke has contributed to projects across the residential spectrum: single property redevelopment, multi-unit new-build housing and tower block refurbishment. He has also been involved in the tender package for industrial/commercial work.
