New low-energy business park in Bristol. Working for Midas Construction under a Design-Build contract, gcp provided the detailed design for a 4,000m2 new low-energy start-up business park at Filwood in Bristol, for Bristol City Council and the Homes and Communities Agency.

The business park offers a mixture of workshops, studio and office space for small and medium-sized businesses and was the first BREEAM outstanding development of its type in the South-West.
