background
Esther joined gcp in 2017 after completing her Part 2 studies in Canterbury and moving back home to Bristol. Prior to this, Esther worked in a global practice in Bristol, gaining experience on large, multidisciplinary projects. She also had the opportunity to work in UAE and Qatar on large, fast-paced Rail projects developing her management and technical skills.
Esther completed her Professional Practice Qualification at the University of the West of England with the support of gcp and has since led a number of projects for the practice.
experience
Since joining gcp, Esther has worked on a wide range of projects mainly in the housing, commercial and leisure sectors, covering both planning and technical stages. As part of this work, she has had the opportunity to spend a substantial amount of time on site, thereby developing an in-depth understanding of the practical issues of construction.
Esther is an excellent communicator and enjoys developing relationships with clients, which naturally led her take on marketing responsibilities within the office. She is also competent in a range of software, and in particular uses Revit effectively to efficiently deliver projects.
